- Gratuities: Tips for guides, drivers, or hotel staff.

- Unforeseen Costs: Expenses due to flight delays, cancellations, or emergencies.
- Upgrades: Premium accommodations or transportation services.
- Booking Fee: An advance payment of PKR 150,000 is required to confirm the holiday package. This fee covers visa assistance, appointment scheduling, and document preparation by Yugo.
- Refund Policy: The initial booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation before the visa process is completed. If the visa is rejected, PKR 65,000 will be refunded.
- Visa Approval: Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Yugo does not guarantee visa approval.
- Travel Modifications: Yugo reserves the right to adjust destinations within Europe to accommodate visa requirements and ensure feasible travel arrangements.
- Group Travel: The package is designed for group travel, with no individual itineraries provided. Group size is typically 30 travelers and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Additional Charges: Any additional costs arising from visa rejections or embassy-mandated changes will be borne by the travele.r
